LongboardDirectory.com will to the extent of its ability ensure the integrity of all transactions and administrative duties. However, LBD is NOT responsible for the actions of its Suppliers.

Suppliers have signed and agreed to this contract, and may be legally challenged if a violation of the agreement occurs, but LongboardDirectory.com ultimately CANNOT be held responsible for the integrity of its suppliers.

When you purchase any product from the LongboardDirectory.com store, you are in fact purchasing the item directly from the Supplier being represented by LongboardDirectory.com in its value-added reselling online store.

Any transactions that take place via the LongboardDirectory.com store are to be treated as if they were directly between the Supplier and the Customer, without exception.

The Supplier is wholely responsible for the fair treatment of the customer and the proper fulfillment of all orders that may occur via the LBD online store.

By using this online store, the Customer agrees to the terms and conditions on this page regarding the transactions carried out by the Customer on LongboardDirectory.com.

Safety Issues:

LongboardDirectory.com is NOT responsible for any accidents, injuries, deaths, product failures, product misrepresentation by Suppliers or other agents, any misinterpretations made by the Customer, or adverse situations that may occur while a Customer uses an item bought from a Supplier through the LBD store.

Longboarding is an extremely dangerous sport. Properly fitting, appropriate and approved safety gear should be worn at all times while longboarding, speedboarding, street-luging or otherwise performing any gravity-related or ocean-related sports. Ride at your own risk.

LongboardDirectory.com is NOT responsible for your inexperience, your failure to properly maintain your equipment, your stupidity, or any other safety-related variable whatsoever.

Product Warranties and other Policies:

Any warranties, guarantees, rebates, product registration, support, repair and/or other incentives related to any product for sale on LongboardDirectory.com will only be available from the Supplier, if any such features are available. LongboardDirectory.com has nothing to do with any of these features whatsoever.

IMPORTANT!! PayPal Disputes:

The Customer is NOT entitled to activate a dispute against the LongboardDirectory.com account, as it is simply a re-seller for the Supplier. The Customer must contact LongboardDirectory.com immediately if he or she wishes to take action against the Supplier for violation of contract. LongboardDirectory will then file a PayPal dispute against the Supplier, as money has to be transferred to a party before disputes can be made, which LBD does when it sends the Supplier wholesale payments.

If a customer purposefully files a dispute against LongboardDirectory.com, while knowing that LongboardDirectory.com is not responsible for its Suppliers, LBD may pursue the matter with legal action against the Customer for breach of this policy, as well as intent to defame our company or damage our reputation over an issue for which we accept no responsibility.
