Refunds Policy - Considering a PayPal dispute? Read this First!

All sales are final.

Refunds will ONLY be given under the following circumstances:

Note: Applicable refunds will be the exact price paid via the LBD store, including shipping. All refunds will be administered by the applicable Supplier, not LBD, except for the case of immediate cancellation by the customer, or in an emergency situation involving the Supplier (see #4 and #5 below for more details). All Refunds will be issued no later than 3 business days after valid notification from either Customer or the LBD Store.

1. Supplier fails to ship out items within 3 business days of purchase (10 business days if custom built). Refund will be issued by the Supplier (not LongboardDirectory.com) within 3 business days of violation.

2. Supplier accidentally ships incorrect merchandise. Refund will be issued by the Supplier within 3 business days of being notified by the Customer of the incorrect shipment of goods.

3. Goods are lost or damaged in transit. In the event of the the loss or damage of any goods shipped from the Supplier to the Customer, the Supplier will make any arrangements necessary in order for the Customer to be refunded in full for his/her purchase. Suppliers are required to insure shipments for no less than the retail price of the item.

4. Goods are shipped incorrectly, ie. 'surface' instead of 'air'. The difference of shipping purchased by the Customer and shipping activated by Supplier will be refunded to the Customer by the Supplier. Additionally, Supplier is required to issue a 50% rebate (refund) on all goods purchased at retail price. In other words, the customer will receive both the difference in shipping and 50% off their purchase.

5. Customer cancels order immediately after purchase, before applicable funds have been transferred to Supplier. If a customer cancels an order before LongboardDirectory.com transfers the cost price to the Supplier for the order, then the Customer will receive a full refund from LongboardDirectory.com. There is no "set" time by which LongboardDirectory.com will transfer funds to the Supplier at any given time. It will occur, however, within 12 hours of purchase at the latest.

6. Supplier notifies LBD of an emergency preventing the shipment and/or production of the ordered goods before applicable funds have been transferred to Supplier. In this case, LongboardDirectory.com will refund the Customer in full as soon as Supplier notifies LongboardDirectory.com of its situation.

Note: In the case of #1, Customer may opt to: a) wait for the late goods to arrive b) negotiate the free addition of extra goods to be shipped with the late goods to compensate for the time violation c) receive a partial refund at Customer's discretion d) negotiate buyer credit, voutures or discounts with the Supplier as applicable, at Customer's discretion within reason.

Note: In the case of #2, Customer may opt to: a) keep the incorrect goods at no expense to the Supplier b) receive a partial refund to compensate for the Customer's trouble c) arrange for an exchange for the correct order d) negotiate buyer credit, voutures or discounts with Supplier as applicable, at Customer's discretion and within reason.

Note: In the case of #3, the Customer may opt to keep any goods that are undamaged while arranging the exchange or refund for items that are either lost or damaged, at the Customer's discretion.

Please Note: The Supplier is NOT obligated to refund any merchandise that is received in good order by the customer, provided it was shipped out within 3 business days (10 b. days if custom), and if the goods received matches the purchased order.

Supplier is also NOT obligated to exceed the price paid (incl.shipping) via LongboardDirectory.com when issuing refunds or arranging exchanges, credits, vouchures or discounts.

PayPal Disputes: The Customer is NOT entitled to activate a dispute against the LongboardDirectory.com account, as it is simply a re-seller for the Supplier. The Customer must contact LongboardDirectory.com immediately if he or she wishes to take action against the Supplier for violation of contract. LongboardDirectory will then file a PayPal dispute against the Supplier, as money has to be transferred to a party before disputes can be made, which LBD does when it sends the Supplier wholesale payments.

If a customer purposefully files a dispute against LongboardDirectory.com, while knowing that LongboardDirectory.com is not responsible for its Suppliers, LBD may pursue the matter with legal action against the Customer for breach of this policy, as well as intent to defame our company or damage our reputation over an issue for which we accept no responsibility.
