Shipping Policy

All purchased items will be shipped out no later than 3 business days from date of purchase/order, unless otherwise notified*.

Applicable tracking numbers will be provided as soon as product ships.

All items are shipped with adequate insurance to cover at least the retail price of the item. This is to protect buyers in the event of product damage or loss in transit.

*Custom items / Built-to-Order items: If an item is labelled as "custom" or "built to order", then the item will be shipped out no later than 10 business days from date of purchase.

All items purchased through LongboardDirectory.com are drop-shipped from the manufacturer or distributor (supplier) that carries the specific brand or product, and not LongboardDirectory.com itself.

In other words, LBD sells merchandise online for individual suppliers in exchange for a small percentage of profits. LBD does not physically "stock" any items, but rather facilitates online commerce.

The individual supplier is responsible for all shipping obligations to the customer. All companies are audited prior to approval for the LBD store, and sign a binding agreement that enforces all store policies.
